Europes Famous Hostels
About Europe's Famous Hostels
15 of Europe's best independent hostels have now been chosen as Europe's Famous Hostels by backpackers and budget travellers as their favourite and most memorable stays on their journeys. Each hostel has been highlighted repeatedly on websites, guidebooks and through word of mouth as must see destinations - as important as the cities themselves!
St Christopher's is a proud member of EFH
St Christopher's is very proud to be a member of EFH. As part of this organisation, we are constantly checking that both we, and the other EFH Members, provide some of the best hostel accommodation in the world.
Hostel selection process
Europe’s Famous Hostels are independently owned hostels with owners who recognize that to stay in a hostel is an experience. Selection to be part of Europe’s Famous Hostels is based firstly and most importantly on ratings and feedback by travellers, and secondly inspection by industry experts. Admission of each hostel is based on overall high quality in comfort, cleanliness, security, staff, atmosphere and the celebration of the cultural uniqueness of the city/country it represents.
