Directions to Alessandro Palace Hostel in Rome, Italy

From Leonardo Da Vinci Airport (Fiumincino)

  1. Follow the signs for "ai treni."
  2. At the platform, buy a ticket for the non-stop train to Termini (about €9.50)
  3. You can buy tickets from either the ticket window, the vending machines, or the tabacco store near the tracks
  4. Then follow the directions for Termini Station

From Ciampino Airport by Terravision Bus

  1. Take the Terravision bus shuttle for €10
  2. The bus will stop on Via Marsala near its intersection with Via Solferino
  3. Keep Via Solferino at your back & walk down Via Marsala
  4. Via Vicenza willl be your first left

From Ciampino Airport by Cotral Bus

  1. The blue Cotral Bus service connects Ciampino Airport to the Anagnina metro (underground) station and costs approximately €1.25
  2. Tickets can be purchased at the vending machines located at the bus stop or inside the airport
  3. Once you arrive at Anagnina, buy a metro ticket and get off at Termini (about the 15th stop)
  4. Follow the directions for Termini Station

From Tiburtina Train Station

  1. Follow the signs for the Metro (Underground)
  2. Take Linea B (Line B) in the direction of Laurentina and get off at Termini station (about the 4th stop)
  3. Then follow the directions for Termini Station

From Termini Train Station

  1. Exit Termini Station at Track 24 (with the train tracks at your back, track 24 is on the left hand side of the station)
  2. Make a left on Via Giolitti, and then take your second right down Via C. Cattaneo
  3. Continue down Via Cattaneo, until you reach #23 (will be on the left hand side of the street)
  4. Ring the bell to enter

From the GRA (Grande Raccordo Anulare)

  1. Exit at Tiburtina
  2. Keep going straight until you reach Viale Regina Margherita
  3. Turn right
  4. Go straight until you reach Viale dell'Università and turn left
  5. Follow this street until it ends at Viale Castro Pretorio
  6. Turn right on Viale Castro Pretorio
  7. The second left will be Via Vicenza. N° 42 will be on your right hand side, after the intersection of Via Vicenza and Via Palestro.

From the Busabout Drop-Off Point

  1. From Via Cassia, take bus #32 direction Ottaviano and get off at Piazza Risorgimento
  2. Walk down Via Ottaviano to the Line A Metro Stop (Station: Ottaviano)
  3. Take the Metro in the direction of Anagnina and get off at Termini
  4. Follow the directions above from Termini Station
