Hostel Info
With 160 beds, the YOHO is the biggest backpacker hostel in Salzburg. We have double rooms or also big dorm rooms, with or without shower. The bar is unique and the reputation of the YOHO restaurant is famous worldwide. We have a common room, where you can watch the “sound of music movie” every day.
Hostel Location
The hostel is located in the middle of the city. To the old town it is only 10 min. walk, to the trainstation as well. The nearest highlight is the Mirabell garden which you can reach in 3 min walk, there you can relax and enjoy the beautiful flowers.
Reception & Check In
The reception is open 24hrs. Check in is from 10am to midnight, Check out is before 10am.

Hot showers the whole day, free sheets, information desk, keycards to the room, friendly staff, free citymaps and English guides and good atmosphere
Other Facilities/Services
We have a laundry which costs 4 € (washing and drying), lockers cost between 10ct and 1 €, Internet is 1 € for 15 min. Tour pick up is at the hostel. Luggage storage, no lock out, common room, credit card accepted, no curfew, telephone.
Pubs & Bars
Our bar is open from 6pm to 1am, or longer, it depends on the people. We have happy hours every day. Our bar is characteristic and comfortable, it is the meeting point for backpackers because of its relaxed atmosphere. We have beer, wine, shots, cocktails and good music…. what else do you need for a good evening?
