Top pocket friendly products in March

Pocket friendly products

Running around the world can be tough on your looks - especially when you're away from home and awash in a supermarket of products that you've never heard of before. Well fear not because Beauty Terrorist has rounded up the top, pocket friendly products around in March, with a low down on why they're so good!

Biore Pore Perfect - Daily Deep Pore Cleansing Wipes

This is latest addition to the craze that is pre-moistened wipes. The hype always advocates that they're just as good as your regular cleanser and facial wash but this is usually a load of rubbish. In this case however, said wipes actually do a better job than most £5 face soaps and after a week your skin will be noticeably clearer and more radiant. The wipes are especially good if you have oily skin and you can grab 25 for just £3.99.

The Toner Debate

It's easy to be drawn into the hype around face wipes especially when the packaging states that using them eliminates the need for a toner. They don't. Ignore this! Your pores are still more open after you use a wipe, than before and they need help closing down in order to avoid getting clogged with crap. You shouldn't skimp on toners and you want one that's going to last - so try Garnier Skin Naturals Pure Purifying Toner (£4.60) or the slightly pricier but more effective Dermalogica Multi Active Toner (from £15).

Leave on Exfoliants

Another new craze sweeping through the European product counters at the minute is leave on exfoliants. You apply these after cleansing and toning, but before moisturising, and if you pick the right one, you can resurface and brighten your skin on a daily basis. The Americans started this craze when Dermalogica launched their Daily Resurfacer finger puppet-esque applicators and like most things in life, their own, kind of pricey (£50) applicators work best. HOWEVER you can warm up to said craze and see if it helps out your skin - without laying down mega bucks, by starting with Ecco Bella Leave on Exfoliant. You can grab this online from around £15.
