Groups Terms & Conditions
For groups over 10 people in Dormitory beds, a 50% deposit will be required to confirm your booking with the balance payable 28 days prior to arrival. Payment can be made either by Visa, MasterCard, Switch or in some cases via Bank Transfer. Bookings will not be confirmed unless the 50% deposit is received within 7 days of making the booking.
Summer Season
Minimum 2 night stay at any of our hostels during the summer season.
Cancellations & Refunds
- Any cancellation made more than of 28 days prior to the arrival date will incur a booking charge, equal to 5% of the total booking value. This charge will be deducted from the monies received and the remaining balance will be refunded within 28 days.
- If cancelled less than 28 days prior to arrival date, but greater than 14 days, a cancellation charge of 50% of the booking value total be made.
- No refund for cancellations made if the booking is cancelled within 14 days of the arrival date.
- All cancellations must be sent in writing to our address below or via fax or email.
- No cancellations will be accepted by telephone.
