Bright Young Things Talent Show at the Eden Project - January 28, 2012

Who doesn't enjoy young, talented musicians? That's right, nobody. What's more, talented musicians performing at Cornwall's Eden Project is all the better. This event has it all, from live music to film screenings! Bright Young Things is showcasing talented teenagers from all over the South West.

The event begins at 12.30, but the action picks up a little before this. If you are aged under-18, you may attend the event for free! Anyone older than 18 has to pay regular Eden Project entry rates.

Comedian, Omid Djalili in Truro - January 30, 2012

If you like to laugh, the comedy of English-Iranian comedian Omid Djalili is bound to deliver the chuckles! You might recognise Omid from films like The Mummy and television programmes like The Omid Djalili Show.

On January 30, Omid will be at the Truro Hall in Cornwall to perform his latest material - something bound to keep his Cornish fans in stitches! This is the Call of Duty tour for 2012. If you would like to be in the audience, tickets are £22.50 and the show begins at 20.00. Parental guidance is suggested. Truro is a short, 20-km drive from Newquay.
