Covent Garden May Fayre and Puppet Festival, May 2005
The annual Covent Garden May Fayre and Puppet Festival has been pleasing the crowds for around 30 years. Processions, a church service and a wide selection of shows draw a variety of onlookers, as do the birthday celebrations of Mr Punch, who is drawing ever closer to his 350th birthday. The shows are accompanied by folk music, dancers, clowns and jugglers. After enjoying the show, drop by the original Belushi's in Covent Garden for one of our famous burgers and cocktails.
