Bath
St Christopher’s Inn - Bath, England
Did you know that if you book 7 days in advance with National Rail, you could escape The Big Smoke for under £20 for a return to Bath! Couple that with our great hostel rates you could have a mini break for a lot less than you imagined! Check out the Bath Special on our web site.
Bath is one of England’s first World Heritage Sites. With Roman Baths and Georgian Architecture, it is such a beautiful town. Easily walkable, it has been used in many movies including this years’ Vanity Fair. Brilliant restaurants and great pubs mean there is food for every palate.
From Bath you can visit Cheddar and see the Gorge where the cheese was matured in the caves… and it is a bargain with so much to see and if you can’t get to all of it the ticket is good for 10 years! Our friendly receptionist can book you on a tour of Stonehenge. Also you could visit one of the other stone circles such as Avebury, which has a town in the centre of it!
Also First Buses has an all day ride ticket for £7, allowing you to go to some of the other places of interest in the west! That includes all the way to Cornwall - hop on and off all the way to Newquay (Home of most surfing championships and a fantastic St. Christopher’s location overlooking the Beach!). We love Bath come and see why…
