July E-zine
Welcome to the St Christophers E-zine
Editor's Note - July 2008
July this year is thankfully filled with hot summer air and an amazing amount of festivals – to suit all tastes. The St Christopher's Travel Writing Team have of course previewed all of these, to ensure that you guys know what's going on and when.
Back in the online world we're also serving up a delicious slice of the Lonely Planet Dublin City Guide, Beauty Terrorist is heading back to the airport to inspect hand luggage restrictions, the Top Five Reads is extending itself into the audio download world and the Top Ten Travel Tips save you some money in London during July.
For the ethical travellers in the mix Jen Page brings you a guide to rain forest conservation, health addicts are sure to be satisfied by the on the road exercises in Backpacker Bites and the music experts are invited to review DJ Michelle's reviews in Music Mashup.
Just for the ex-pats in London I cornered the Editor-in-Chief of TNT Magazine, Krysten Booth and quizzed him on working Visas and Kath and Kim - among other things! Also the competitions for free accommodation are still going strong, with new winners of Write For a Night, Snap For a Nap and the Hot Hostel Competition.
Finally Europe's Famous Hostels open up their base in Dublin, with a mix of money saving tips for trips and the attractions - worth an investment of your hard earned travel cash. I'll see your sun tanned selves in July.
