July E-Zine

Welcome to the St Christophers E-zine

Editor's Note - July 2009

As the summer hots up and the temperatures across Europe sweep into the sweaty reaches of thirty degrees celsius, things are set to get even hotter with this monthís top ten travel tips! In July you guys are served up a no holds barred account of the sexiest cities in Europe - a little romance, a little culture, a lot of alcohol and everything else!

After this, and a rather cold shower, youíre very welcome to dig into our event forecasts across Europe. In July the team have Berlin Fashion Week, the Edinburgh Jazz and Blues Festival, Gay Pride in Amsterdam, Brighton Carnival, the Tour de France, Klinkers 2009, Wimbledon and more, all sewn up!

John Harris, the man who wrote the book on backpacking ñ The Backpacker, shares his thoughts on modern day hedonistic travel in Interview Time, the Rough Guides generously serve up a free chunk of their Switzerland title in this monthís Travel Book Extract and thereís more literary action in Julyís Top Five Reads.

Not content with just being your guide to Europe, the E-zine is also taking you guys to the states with an insiderís guide to the undiscovered delights of Memphis, along with the obligatory Graceland and Elvis info too! Until the height of the summer in August, I bid you adieu.

– Rob Savage
