September E-Zine
Welcome to the St Christopher's E-zine
Editor's Note - September 2009
You might think that with the end of the summer in sight, September would be a quiet month. You’d be wrong and nowhere showcases this better than the St Christopher’s city event guides!
As Edinburgh waves goodbye to the Fringe, it says hello to the International Festival and over in Amsterdam, the elephants are invading. I kid you not.
There’s also a huge intellectual stimulus package in this month’s top five reads, with a good mix of fiction and travel tips too.
Beauty Terrorist is back with a review of the Swiss Army’s credit card accessory pack, Music Mashup is well and truly tearing into unrefined festivals and the top ten travel tips in September this month, teaches you guys how to blend in on the London Underground, and avoid the oh so horrible schadenfreude situations - that so many travellers get trapped in.
The travel writing competition – Write For a Night is also back with a very candid account of tourism in Namibia and as ever there’s bucket loads of free accommodation up for grabs, when you get involved in the September competitions! Chins up until the dreary month of October.
