April E-Zine
Welcome to the St Christophers E-zine
Editor's Note - April 2010
This month I dedicate my editor’s note to a hero of mine – Simon Reeve. Simon has been trotting around the globe for a fair few years now, making documentaries for the BBC, writing best selling books, contributing columns to the broadsheets and much more, so when the opportunity to interview him for the April E-zine came along, it really was a dream come true.
In my interview you can learn all about Simon’s latest TV series as he follows the Tropic of Cancer around the world, what it was like to accompany a Mexican SWAT Team on a drug bust, how he predicted the rise of Al Queda and how he’d sell himself in the personal ads, among other things.
In other exciting news I’m very happy to welcome three new travel writers to the fold – Seth Valentine who’s taking over the events forecasting in Paris, Ned Phillips who has been tasked to dole out first hand advice for Americans living abroad and Matt Smith who brings a little fire with the very first opinion column to grace the e-zine. Here’s hoping this helps to tide you over until May.
