Belushi's Box
This summer is definitely one of sport, and there is of course one particular tournament everyone is talking about – the 2010 FIFA World Cup. Yes, a full month of football is upon us and I personally cannot wait to see the outcome! In honour of the tournament Belushi’s be serving up some South Africa specialities ‐ including Chip Roti’s and Bunny Chow (for those not in the know this is an extremely tasty serving of scooped out bread and a curry dish ‐ well worth a try).
Combined with our huge selection of drinks and most importantly our ideally located plasma screens in every bar, there really is no better place to watch the games this summer, no matter which nation you’re supporting!
Simultaneous to all this footy action, we of course can’t forget Wimbledon ‐ running from June 21 to July 4. We’re offering the perfect accompaniment with promotions on PIMS and other delicious cocktails as well as a selection of summer desserts including Strawberries and Cream, and Eton Mess.
On with other news – be sure to look out for our brand new breakfast menu launching later on in the month. There’s a truly great selection to choose from including fresh fruit salads, Granola, Bananarama Pancakes and big, fluffy slices of French toast! We’re also now serving Seattle’s Best Coffee and will be open from 7.30am ‐ so you can drop in before work and get your morning Latte if you like?
Look out for our Big Feast Menu too which has been tried, tested and tweaked in our Edinburgh , Bath and London Bridge bars already and has proved a hit. Anyone who’s already seen our new offering will be pleased to know that we’re taking it to the rest of the UK now, so look at for specials like steaks, Texas Chilli and summer salads coming to a Belushi’s near you soon!
Finally if you can make it ‐ we’d love for you to come and join us in Prague on the June 10 for our Belushi’s launch party. The largest Belushi’s yet will be opening with a bang and you can expect live entertainment, music, outstanding happy hours and even a flash‐mob.
