The Australia Competition

We are very happy to announce our winners of the Australia Day competition at last! We ran a scratch card competition on January 26 in every one of our 11 UK bars and the fortunate winners of a two week trip to Australia, were picked two days later! Natasha and best friend Emma, both students at Greenwich University will be flying to Sydney on the March 27, for a two week stay - courtesy of us! Everyone at Belushi's is extremely jealous, but well done all the same!

St Patrick's Day

Coming up this month on March 17 is St Patrick's Day where we celebrate St Patrick driving the snakes out of Ireland by drinking copious amounts of Stout. There's no better place to celebrate this than at a Belushi's where you'll find both Guinness and Murphy's! We'll also be introducing our new stocks of Magner's Pear with 2-4-1 deals (excluding Edinburgh), giveaways and many more great promotions on a range of Irish specialities.

IPL

With the Six Nations rolling to a stop now too, we have a lot more room to concentrate on the IPL, which is set to start on the 13th, and we'll have the games up on all screens. Plus we'll also be showing the usual mix of Football, Aussie Rules and NFL too, all up on our big plasma screens.

Brand New Tasty Treats

We've spent the last few months developing a fresh new menu, and are excited to announce this will be trialling in Belushi's in Bath, London Bridge and Edinburgh, before we roll out across all Belushi's. We've kept the classics and our Gourmet Burgers, but have added a whole load of other deals, including Chicken Wings, Quesadillas and stuffed potato skins We've also added the fabulous Big Feast upgrade option, wherever you see the symbol you can upgrade your portion into a meal for 4 served on a huge platter! Options include Meatballs, Macaroni Cheese, Sausage and Mash and even the All Day Breakfast. Its set to be spectacular, so don't miss out!

DJ Fran Cosgrove at London Bridge - March 27, 2010

On the 27th, DJ Fran Cosgrove will be making a special guest appearance at Belushi's in London Bridge, a master behind the decks, he will be blending all forms of house from funky and vocal to electro and dirty. Over the years Fran has played alongside big name DJs including Pete Tong, Judge Jules, Joey Negro and the Freemaisons. This is set to be a pretty huge night in the basement club, and we'll be open into the very early hours. Get your tickets now at wegottickets.com or over the bar!

Oscars Night at Belushi's Hammersmith - March 6, 2010

Other parties this month will include Oscars Night at Belushi's in Hammersmith on the 6th. Feel like a VIP all night with happy hour cocktails and free bubbly for the most glamorously dressed, and email us a guestlist@belushis.com to avoid the queues! Covent Garden Belushi's are hosting their regular Monday night Live Spanish Music, providing a nice way to ease back into the week. Meanwhile in Newquay, as we see the faintest hint of Spring, we'll be out there on the cliff top beer garden overlooking Towan Beach, getting the Barbeque started!
