Stay in the heart of Denmark’s quirky capital where backpackers mingle and bikes rule the streets. Copenhagen’s hipster vibe and roaring nightlife is what makes it Scandinavia’s coolest city.
Our sister hostel, the Copenhagen Downtown Hostel, is fabulously located in Copenhagen’s Old Town with retro rooms designed by local artists giving our guests cutting-edge comfort, Copenhagen style. The on-site bar boasts a true Scandinavian atmosphere, with locals loving the happy hours and live music just as much as our guests do! It’s the perfect place to start the night off before heading to Rust club, where guests get free entry.
All of the city’s main attractions take minutes to reach on foot or by bike (you can rent one from the hostel). Main sights like Nyhavn, Stroget (for shopping), the Little Mermaid statue, Parliament, Tivoli Gardens and Freetown Christiania are all less than 15 minutes cycle away. After a day of exploring, come back to the hostel and tuck into a heartwarming free evening meal, cooked by us!
Copenhagen Downtown Hostel was voted ‘Most Popular Hostel in Copenhagen’ for 4 years running.
