Planning your summer backpacking adventure across Europe? Whether you’re a solo adventurer, travelling with your mates, or living the digital nomad dream, St Christopher’s Inns is your launchpad for memorable city escapes and spontaneous meet-ups. Our hostels are designed for social explorers, loaded with smart, budget-friendly amenities that make your stay smooth, stress-free, and a whole lot of fun.

Here’s your guide to what you’ll find at our hostels across Europe because let’s face it, you’ve got better things to stress about than where to do your laundry.

Room Types to Suit Every Traveller

Whether you're snoring in sync with strangers or seeking a private haven, we've got a room for you.

Dorm Rooms

Choose from mixed or female-only dormitories with either shared or ensuite bathrooms. Some EU hostels offer pod-style beds with curtains for next-level privacy. Each bed comes with a reading light, power socket, and under-bed locker. (Just BYOP – bring your own padlock.)

Top tip: Each hostel is a little different, so check the location page for exact room specs.

Private Rooms

Available in single, double, twin, or multi-bed configurations, with shared or private bathrooms. All private rooms come with linens and towels because we know no one wants to towel-dry with a T-shirt.

Stay Connected with Free WiFi

Need to upload that sunset selfie or Zoom into a remote meeting? Every hostel has seamless, password-free WiFi. Just connect to "Free St Christopher's" and log in via social or a quick form. Easy.

Bars, Social Spaces & Good Vibes

Most of our hostels are home to Belushi’s Bar, a buzzing spot for happy hour, live sports and events that often escalate (in a good way). You’ll also find chill-out lounges, co-working zones, and terraces for catching rays or new mates.

Food & Drink Options

Breakfast

Not complimentary, but seriously good value. From £5 in the UK / €7 in the EU gets you a solid continental spread: bread, spreads, cereals (gluten-free options too), fruit, coffee, tea, and vegan or lactose-free bits. Pre-book it or grab it at check-in.

Heads up: To-go breakfast available in most UK spots (except Liverpool Street).

Lunch and Dinner

Served up at any hostel with a Belushi’s Bar. Guests score 25% off food and drinks. In Bruges? Check out the in-house pizza kitchen. It’s a vibe.

Laundry Facilities

Travelling light and running out of clean socks? Laundry facilities are available in most UK and EU hostels. (Locations vary. Check the hostel page to be sure.) Prices range from £4 or €3 to 5 for a wash and dry, with soap available at reception.

Lockers & Luggage Storage

Most rooms include under-bed lockers or cages. Pro tip: Bring your own padlock or grab one at reception. Luggage storage is available before check-in and after check-out for a small fee. Locker prices vary by size and location.

Linen & Towels

Linen is always included (phew). Towels are included in private rooms and ensuite dorms. Need one in a shared dorm? You can rent for around £2–3 or €3 at reception.

Air Conditioning and Heating

All hostels are heated for those chilly nights. Air conditioning is available in selected locations, and fans are provided (and more available on request if you’re overheating from too much sangria).

Security and Reception

We take your safety seriously (but still like to have fun). Most of our hostels offer 24-hour reception and keycard access, with friendly, knowledgeable staff ready to help, or tell you where the locals go for late-night bites.
