To cancel 3rd party bookings (Hostelworld, Booking, Expedia, Agoda, etc.), please access your reservation via the website you used to make the booking or through the agent’s confirmation email in your inbox.

For direct bookings, you can modify or cancel your booking via the link in your confirmation email.

All cancellations received within the cancellation policy window will have their refunds issued automatically. For any other enquiries, please get in touch.

Check-in is after 3pm for all St Christopher’s hostels and 2pm for Flying Pigs.

Check out is 11am for all St Christopher’s hostels apart from St Christopher’s Bruges – The Bauhaus, which is 10am. You can check out any time before 10.30am at the Flying Pig hostels.

Invoices can only be issued for past stays and paid cancelled or no-show reservations.
