3.1 Full payment is required at the time of booking and will be charged during the online booking process.

3.2 Bookings made using a travel agent discount code may be cancelled free of charge up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date. This applies to all St Christopher’s Inns and Flying Pig hostels.

3.2.1 Bookings cancelled less than 72 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date, as well as no-shows, will be charged at 100% of the booking value and are non-refundable.

3.3 Non-refundable reservations may be cancelled or modified free of charge within one hour from the time of booking. This is considered a grace period.
