Great location. Best security. Great sports bar. The staff were very helpful! Only things I found that could be improved were - The toilets could be cleaner and showers did not always had continuous flow of hot water.

Second time there.But this time we had a problem with the shower.I was in the 5th floor and the showers did not work.Out of service!A little bit frustrating but one of the staff provide a key for the 4th floor to get a shower there!

Very good experience!

It was clean, friendly and safe. Perfectly located. I appreciate this a lot. But the lack of (fresh) air during the night in the room was very challenging to me.

Aldara (in reception) is a real rock star. Her kindness and hospitality are amazing. Gigi makes the best espresso martini I've ever had and Jay can mix drinks! The staff is fabulous. I think his name is Angelo (I'll doublecheck when I go back tomorrow) who handles even the rudest guests easily and with a smile. I

Terrible. Extremely disrespectful Middle Eastern and African guys all over, talking loud in the room at 3am, coming in and out in hordes, talking loud even when told to bring it down. Third world guests for a third world experience. South American front desk people not nice either.
