'Hey there, thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback, it is very important to us. we are sorry that the cleaning wans't up to standard during your stay, we have put in place a QR code cleaning request system by which the guest can request an immediate cleaning just by scanning the QR code with the smartphone with no need to reach reception to improve the service we offer.
