'Hey there, thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback, it is very important to us. we are sorry that the cleaning wans't up to standard during your stay, we have put in place a QR code cleaning request system by which the guest can request an immediate cleaning just by scanning the QR code with the smartphone with no need to reach reception to improve the service we offer. 'Hello, Thank you for your review. We are sorry that you did not enjoy your stay with us. I will forward your observation regarding the shower cleaning to the HK manager to check if the cleaning procedure is followed correctly by our housekeepers. We have unfortunately very limited space for actions regarding bodily odour in rooms. The rooms on their own don't cause any smell. If that's an issue for you, you might want to choose a smaller room in the future, not a 12-bed-dormitory. Spider bites in Scotland are rare, but usually harmless. The team could have checked for cobwebs inside the room and removed those. Apologies, we could have handled that better. Kind regards, Marcus Reception Team'
