Great location and the staff was really nice. However, we were disappointed that they only give one key per booking, there was not enough bathrooms and there is no female only bathrooms, which we found uncomfortable. Appreciated the curtains in the room, however it was a bit crowded with stuff, as not everyone could

In regards to the key cards, we happen provide one key per booking as replacement key cards are costly when they are lost however additional keys are available for a charge of £2 if necessary.
We understand the bathroom arrangements may not suit everyone, and appreciate your comments about the room and locker space.
For solo travellers, we offer regular events throughout the week such as Hostel Social, Game Night, live music at Belushi’s, Pizza Social, and Wine & Design to help guests connect and socialize.

We stayed here for five nights because it was a decent price and location but mostly because it was the only one left that had a decent cleanliness rating. Just to explain, we don’t have a full kitchen, but we do provide a small area in the chill-out room with a microwave, kettle, crockery, and cutlery for light use. The sink in that area has now been fixed.
We appreciate your feedback on the luggage storage and shared bathrooms and will keep it in mind.

Room was clean, other guests were respectful and friendly. Staff were all very helpful, welcoming and accommodating. All corridors/rooms required room keys for access so felt very safe, and cages under beds kept all belongings secure.

Bad stay. Noisy because of the bar under the hostel. The sleeping rooms are to hot or to cold. Not very fancy sleeping rooms. I won’t be back.

We understand that noise can be an issue for some guests due to our central location and also being above a bar. For future stays, we do offer complimentary earplugs at reception and have staff available around the clock to help with any concerns, including room temperature adjustments.

Convenient spot! Showers weren't super clean, and there was a 60+ year old man in my room, which made me quite uncomfortable.

While our dorms are open to guests of all ages, we understand that everyone has different preferences and comfort levels when it comes to shared spaces. If you ever feel uneasy or encounter anything that affects your stay, our team is available 24/7 to help — whether that means exploring room alternatives (if available) or addressing any immediate concerns.
As for the showers, we’ve passed this along to our housekeeping team. Please note that we also have QR codes in every bathroom that guests can scan to request additional cleaning at any time — we want to make sure everything stays up to standard throughout your stay.

Great location and clean. The lights in the bathroom and shower are automatic and flick on if anyone in the nearby beds moves, as well as off constantly whilst you’re in them, so that’s the only annoyance worth mentioning.

'Hey there, Thank you so much for staying with us and for your valuable feedback, we are glad that you felt welcomed and looked after by our wonderful 24/7 team :D and do rest assured that your feedback regarding the common toilets and showers has been forwarded to the right department and we will use this information to improve where needed. We do have in place individual QR codes for each toilet and shower which our guests can quickly scan to request extra cleaning, toilet paper, hand soap refill, etc. our housekeeping and reception team are always available to help out with this requests anytime! - As per local Health and Safety regulations it is mandatory for our premises to have window restrictors in place, but we do have electric fans in place available to be provided for free use in the rooms too :) Hope this information helps and that we get the chance to welcoming you back at any of our EU and UK hostels in the future, wishing you all the best!'

It sounds like you were in our Old Town building this time, which, while newly renovated, can unfortunately experience a bit more noise from the bar and surrounding areas. We're truly sorry if this affected your rest. Please know that our team is available 24/7 at reception, and we’re always happy to help with any noise issues — whether that’s offering earplugs or seeing if a room move is possible.
We also completely understand your point about hairdryers being used late in the evening. We’ll definitely pass this feedback along to our team to explore ways we can better manage quiet hours in shared spaces.

Fine for a one night stay. Had 2 beds in an 18 bed mixed dorm with triple bunks. Only 1 toilet and 1 shower in the room for 18 people, that said, we never had to wait to use them. 3 additional toilets and 4 additional showers for the whole hostel, all unisex.
