We are glad to see your stay overall went well but are sorry to hear of the inconvenient comment made towards you, please note if informed we would have acted immediately as we want all of our guests to have the most pleasant stay and you have the right to enjoy your trip without anyone making you feel uncomfortable as well as that we want all our guests to enjoy a safe, secure, fun and valued environment. We are also sorry to hear about the guests in the room being loud during quiet times, if you happen to stay with us in the future, please feel free to approach our staff as we are onsite 24/7 and always more than happy to assist with any issues. As for the kitchen, St Christopher's unfortunately doesn't provide a kitchen facility in any of our hostels but we came up with the solution of a tea & coffee station in the chillout room which also includes a fridge and a sink, we completely understand this may still not be enough and is very basic therefore, your comments have been taken into account and will be shared with the relevant team for possible future improvement.
