'Thank you for staying with us and your valuable feedback. We are glad that you liked the the breakfast and common areas. The lockers are meant for valuables and are of similar size like in other hostels. We are very sorry that the lift was out of order during your stay. It is maintained regularly and was serviced a few days before your arrival. The engineer noticed that a part needs to be replaced and the lift had to be taken out of order until the part arrived and the engineer could replace it. It was unfortunate, but certainly not due to negligence from our side. The showers and toilets are cleaned multiple times a day. Unfortunately it seems to be more and more common not to clean after oneself. We are unfortunately not able to clean the bathrooms after every single guest. However, we do have QR codes for every bathroom and additional cleaning can be requested at any time. It's good to hear that the reception team was helpful.
