Well, it was an eventful stay. It included a very, very large "hiccup." What I will say, and I mean this from the bottom of my grandfather-born-in-Coatbridge heart: staff handled the situation with such grace, such professionalism, such empathy. My stay was excellent. The hostel is in a great location, and the female dorm was quiet and felt very safe. The bathrooms were very clean, breakfast at the bar next door was really good, and the staff at reception were polite and helpful. Whenever I work in Scotland, I usually book accommodation at St Christopher’s Inn because of the location and price. Unfortunately, this time I found the duvet was too thin and too small, which made it difficult for me to sleep properly. This is the first time I’ve experienced this. I hope it will be improved next

I was disappointed in my stay at St. Christopher’s. The dorm I was in was across the street from reception, basically inside the train station. I could hear trains all night while I was trying to sleep. My dorm was also right next to the Edinburgh Dungeons experience which I could also hear while I was trying to sleep

I'm sorry to hear that you did not get the experience you deserved while staying with us. I have noted your feedback regarding the facilities and passed it on to our other teams for review. Please note that our reception team are available 24/7 to resolve issues like this - we are always happy to provide extra bedding or swap out damaged furnishings. We do also have our Daily Hostel Social event as well as our weekly Pizza Nights and have tickets available for sale from reception for our daily Bar Crawls.

The best thing about this hostel is the location and the pod-style beds. Otherwise kind of lacking in amenities and a little overpriced. But gets the job done

This was my second stay at a St. Christopher's Inn's, I have enjoyed both of my stays (one in Barcelona, and one in Edinburgh), the staff is friendly, the meal deals at Belushis are great. My only complaint for this stay in Edinburgh is that the bathroom in my room had a very intense and unpleasant smell (not of
