Hostel was so dirty. The toilets were not clean and there was no soap for hand washing and no toilet paper in some. The floor throughout the hostel was extremely dirty and sticky. The common room was dingy and smelt bad and the 'kitchen' was a small bench with a microwave and sink and three plates and bowls. The beds

We appreciate your feedback, we are sorry you found our facilities in such a way, we are incorporating more frequent checks around the hostel and we are trying our best to make sure all guests find the hostel in the cleanest possible way which is why we understand how frustrating that had to be.
We have a bar down the hostel in which hostel guests socialize and have a great range of discounts, we are sorry for the noise. We do offer free earplugs at the reception.
We will take your feedback and work on a possible way of improving our cleanliness and reducing the noise.

I stayed at St. Christopher’s inn for 1 month during a course. Started off not so good, but the staff really went out of their way to make sure we had a good time. Had a terrible stay. Was a loyal St Christopher's customer for almost 10 years but will never stay at any of your hostels anywhere ever again. The new general manager in Greenwich is homophobic and racist. Customer's are not important to him. My booking was changed and my bed was allocated to someone else on the last
