The overall experience was great, one may argue that are always rooms for improvement, However, I personally found absolutely nothing to complain about.

Great place, easy to access from Heathrow airport. My twin room was cosy, comfortable and clean. Access to nearby shared toilets & showers was good. Lot of stairs so not good for mobility impaired ppl.

Our stay was terrible ! We were staying for two nights in the hostel. For a reason no one could explain, the staff decided to put someone else in our beds for the second night ! It was extremely unpleasant for us to find two strangers in our beds when we got in from a night out at 2am. All our belongings had gone

Paid extra for the "private" room only to find randoms coming in and out of our bathroom. The lock should be outside the entire area, not just the bedroom. Also the complementary beer came in a thimble, a pint would have been nice. Other than that a decent stay!

Overall okay for the price. Unfortunatley I couldn’t sleep, because someone in my room was snoring loudly and I wasn’t able to switch rooms

I had a lovely time. The staff were incredible - the front desk staff were all friendly and very helpful, but, in particular, the housekeeping staff did a heroic, superhuman job keeping the hostel spotless, cleaning several times a day, even though there were always guests around 24/7.
