Room was quite noisy and the elevator was broken during my entire stay. Staff was hard to reach and neigbours were smoking inside. The location was very good but not good enough to warrant a repeat visit.

The staff are nice. The room is clean. Towels are provided for my private room. I can hear sounds outside my room clearly. Quite enough toilets and bathrooms, but not very clean, and no shower gel or shampoo provided. Need changes for luggage storage.

They were short staffed and male cleaners were cleaning the female dorms which I found nit quite right. Beside that, fantastic place. Location, facilities, staff. Would recommend and I'd stay again.

Female "OASIS"? their hostel their rules, you'll find male peeing in the female toilets.

I've been here so many times, it's the only place I stay and I've always enjoyed it and been impressed. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had there. All the reception team was amazing , very helpful and amazing.

Stayed for 6 nights. Comfy bed, clean facilities and public area. Very clean. I'm over 50 and am very happy to stay here again. *** Only issue was the group of school kids all under their teens. Sorry but an adult backpackers is not the place for school kids for many reasons including their safety ***
