The staff I checked in with were great. The ones I checked out with were not as helpful after I requested a different room since the one was too hot and very smelly, I sweated and barely slept at all. Therefore I booked my next night elsewhere.

It was a clean and safe place. The discount at the bar was a good deal

Bathrooms completely dirty. Rooms kinda ok but not really. Again bathrooms unbearable.

Had a great stay, was well looked after. Staff are really lovely, especially Ella on reception. The capsule dorms are great and feel quite private.

Capsule was not clean, it was looks like someone used it just before my arrival.

8 bunk bed. on third floor. ventilation could have been a bit better. but 8 bodies heating up a room is just like that. curtains on the beds were nice. not so nice was the squeacking locker cages. they could really use a few drops of oil.

We were a family of 5 and really enjoyed the stay at the inn. Staff is very courteous and helpful. Special thanks to Vera, from reception who received us warmly with handy tips on London!
