We were a family of 5 and really enjoyed the stay at the inn. Staff is very courteous and helpful. Special thanks to Vera, from reception who received us warmly with handy tips on London!

The value for money was really good. The room and the bathrooms were clean.

The stay was a little different this time, the air conditioning are not working and both toilet in capsules room are out of service, the breakfast was better but I'm still missing the coffee machine and very noisy in the night like always.

Not a bad hostel but very overpriced! I stayed in the capsule dorm and it is very rundown. Both toilets in the ensuit bathroom (which was full of mould) was out of order so 26 people had to share ONE toilet which lacked soap and paper. Convenient location, safe and clean.

Just a super great stay. Very easy and super convenient with the app to open the doors. Also the room was super nice clean and to my surprise it seemed to have aircondition. Nicely chilled. Overall just great.

I thoroughly had a wonderful stay at the St Christophers Inn (London Bridge). The beds were nice and found it farily easy to navigate around the place. It would be helpful for corridors to be signposted, i.e. for the toilets and bathrooms as it felt like a maze at times to locate toilets and showers. I found the app

Great stay in central London.

Steamy room instead of bedroom. It was melting hot and the usual excuse that something is “getting sorted tomorrow”.

Clean, organized and very friendly staff.

My stay was great! London is EXPENSIVE and you saved me money!

No curtains in shared 4 bed dorm Paid cash and did not receive a recent USB charging points by bed not working so battery pack did not charge ahead of an 8 hour journey :(
