Nice stay , staff was always super friendly and willing to help. Location is very central , near to many touristic places and close to many underdround and bus stations . No issues. I would definetelly comeback.

Not your best. Bathroom flooded on 2nd for at least 3 days until leak stopped. No towels available for first day. No eggs available for first 2 breakfasts.

Le lit est propre et confortable et l’emplacement est parfait juste à côté du métro.

Small stinky rooms, beds that you need to crawl out of cause there is not enough space to sit upright (and I'm only 1,63), worn out matresses, broken showers, luggage storage that requires coins (!)....honestly I find it hard to state anything positive.

Nice room on 3rd floor, beds were sturdy and the min kitchen was useful with microwave and kettle Laundry was also useful Overall, great stay, nice team at reception made it a great stay Thanks

Beds are extremely small with barely any headroom, this is from someone who is 5'2". Price and location are great for a night but wouldn't stay any longer due to how cramped it is.

The washroom was not good, there was no water 💦 available for wash my ass in the toilet

All was ok like always and like always only the place is very noisy in the night with the pub under the rooms.

Great location, staff should be more welcoming towards paying customers.

Exciting and most enjoyable place to stay with welcoming staff and guests.

Firstly, the staff were lovely and I'm grateful there IS a VAGUELY wheelchair accessible hostel option in London when disability accommodation options are so limited and so expensive but they've really not tried very hard. The lift was broken and while I was informed I'd have to request ramps in, its really not ideal.
