booked the double-room, liked the good location & nice staff, unfortunately water in the shower took 5-10 min to get warm

Some of the receptionist were very Unfriendly and Unhelpful. The chill out room doesn’t have a wash hands sink, no fridge for preserving food, no plates for eating and constant drinking water supply. The bathroom stinks at times and the toilets are not constantly cleaned.

Worst possible experience. Last 3 times, no one said welcome, but this is the last time you can stay with us, or when is the last did time you stay here. Thoroughly mid. Staff were nice but this is not a hostel where you can expect to meet people to go out with, even on a Friday night. Also, the fact that the bathrooms don't have any form of hand towel/air dryer to dry your hands pissed me off.

Enjoyed my stay.

Normally I love staying here but the massive group you had staying here were appalling, flooding the toilets and leaving used sanitary napkins openly on the shower floors. Not to mention eating all the breakfast by 8am and leaving nothing for other guests.
