The Exploring Barista is Ella Giljam. A creative, compassionated, spiritual and speciality coffee and travel loving woman. Born and raised in The Netherlands. She lived four years in Barcelona and travelled a lot, to explore speciality coffee all around the world. Her current destination is Melbourne.
