Redemption Bar hits the nail on the head for those looking to avoid alcohol at all costs this January. Perhaps more of a restaurant vibe than a bar per se, this vegan gem and teetotal heaven, based in both Notting Hill and Shoreditch, doesn’t serve a drop of alcohol anywhere. The mocktails are so affordable, only setting you back £4.95-£6.50, and their apple mockjito is to die for. Redemption Bar is the perfect place for a ‘tipple’ with brunch or just as an afternoon treat. Apart from the delicious drinks (and their tasty, vegan dishes at that), we LOVE the angel wings mural on the wall outside – Insta goals!
Belushi's Bars

This awesome rock n' roll sports bar chain in London has just launched a new drinks menu that features some refreshing low alcohol and alcohol-free concoctions. 100% Taste, 0% alcohol, Belushi's offers he three delicious mocktails pictured (Espresso Martini, Mai Tai and Dark Mojito) as well as zero alcohol spirits. If you're designated driver for the night or want to skip on the big night out, opt for the selections of non-alcoholic gin, Triple-Sec and Lyre's coffee. Belushi's has a fun atmosphere if you want to catch the football, or simply pop in for a few drinks after work!
LYANESS BAR

The extravagant boozeless menu at Lyaness has a super modern flair that could scare some away… However do not let the sweet potato, peanut oil or salt-baked pomegranate based beverages put you off! They are revolutionary! These fancy virgin cocktails are cheaper than your average alcoholic cocktail in London, but will still cost you between £7-£8.50. Get there early or book and request a cosy sofa seat to indulge in your guilt-free cocktails in style at this swanky Southbank bar.
SKYLON

Skylon is another Southbank bar that hits the spot for Dry January. This one, however, also boasts insane views of the Thames. Try and bag yourself a window table to soak in the river views and enjoy ‘nature’s remedy’ (that’s a mocktail to you and I) for £7. Try out the tee-totally awesome ingredient that is Seedlip’s alcohol-free spirits – mixed with fruits and spices, you’ll be checking with the bartender that there’s definitely no alcohol in there!
THE NIGHTJAR

The Nightjar on the edge of Shoreditch is an intimate basement bar with a strong garnish game. They only have a small selection of mocktails, but boy do they know how to knock it out of the park. Opt for the ‘Bartender’s Choice’ which allows you to create your own boozeless concoction for just £6. If you’re not being so hard on yourself for Dry Jan, there’s also a good choice of low-alcohol alternatives to go for. DISHOOM

Take yourself to the streets of Bombay at Dishoom in Shoreditch, a restaurant serving up spicy, sizzling authentic Indian street food, and of course a mocktail menu to suit. The mocktails here are noteworthy, particularly because they keep in line with the Indian theme. We recommend its Bombay Virgin Colada or one of the silky smooth milky lassi’s. Injected with scented spices such as cardamom or cinnamon, these are one of kind mocktails you’ll struggle to find anywhere else in London. There is also a Dishoom branch in Soho, and one on High Street Kensington.
