We are working on a chill out room, but as it is in the basement many guests prefer to use the terrace, rooftop or wintergarden to chill and socialise. Enjoy the rest of your travels!'

'Thank you for taking the time to review us, we are glad your overall stay was a good one. We require a credit card to make a reservation at the desk, as a security measure, the guest can pay with another card but we need the details of the credit card in case of any damages to hold. The cleaners will normally open the windows during cleaning to allow airflow, guests are welcome to do the same. Occasionally when guests have the heating up too high, it can make the air seem quite dry, which is why we have the recommended settings marked. Thanks again for your review, we appreciate it!'

'Thank you for taking the time to review us, we appreciate you comments. We host varying events each day for guests to meet eachother over a few drinks and play some games. Of course, in quieter months the events do attract less people, but generally we get a good turn out and everyone loves the free drinks. We do advertise a pubcrawl, which operates in Berlin but it is not run by us, it is up to the guest to buy their tickets and meet the pubcrawl at the starting location as mentioned on our recommendations wall. The pubcrawl is advertised in most of the Berlin Hostels and normally has quite a large numbre of people attending. Thanks again, we hope you were able to enjoy yourself in Berlin.'

'Thank you for taking the time to review us, we apologise if something was taken from your bag, we help guests if required to make a police report, we have all the passport information for everyone staying in the hostel and can hand over any information once requested by the police. We hope you were able to enjoy your stay in Berlin regardless. We have secure lockers available for guests to use for valuables, which we highly recommend guests to use, these are covered by CCTV and insurance. Thanks again for the review.'
