“The Italian community has a massive presence in the city and, like in many other places, it means we've been spoiled with a constantly rising bar that keeps all the piaziolos on their feet, always looking to improve their offer and to come up with new and interesting ways of cooking. The most common type of slice you will find in Barcelona is the Napolitan, but you’ll easily find places following the Roman and the Sicilian ways (there is pizza for everyone here!). Good pizza is all over Barcelona, but if you fancy trying something new then I recommend visiting Orac who were the first to bring something called ‘pizzadillo’ to the city., This is something like a sandwich made with pizza dough which has been fermented for 48 hours before being baked… It's just mouthwatering!”
