If you’re looking for cheap booze, a good burger and a buzzing atmosphere, head to Belushi’s for a great night out on any day throughout the year. This backpacker bar is famous for its crazy parties, awesome crowd and for having the longest happy hour in Amsterdam. Just a short stroll from St Christopher’s at the Winston and on the corner of the Red Light District, you’ll find one of the city’s most authentically Irish bars, Molly Malone’s. The walls are lined with barrels of Guinness and the seats are always filled with visitors looking for an Irish tipple and a buzzing atmosphere (and with 50 whiskies on offer, they’re in the right place). This joint does attract a rather large crowd for its St Patrick’s Day bonanza, but just get there early, pull up a seat and enjoy the live music with a bunch of Amsterdam’s funnest and friendliest clientele.
